We have learned of an issue with our Mobile Banking app that occurs with the latest update to OS 9 for Samsung users. We are working to correct this issue as soon as possible.
If you have already updated your Samsung device to the OS 9 you may be receiving an error message when trying to login to Mobile Banking which asks you to restart your device. At this time you will not be able to access Mobile Banking with OS 9. You can login to your account through Online Banking on our website GainFCU.com.
If you have not updated your device to OS 9 our Mobile Banking app will continue to work without issue. We recommend you hold off on the OS update until the new version of our app is made available in the app store.
We will alert you when this issue with OS 9 has been fixed.
