Branches Updates Due To COVID-19 Exposure

Dear Members,

Gain has received notice that individuals who were inside both our Pacoima branch at 13168 Van Nuys Blvd. and our Burbank branch at 1800 W. Magnolia have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

Both branches are now open for reduced hours and for teller transactions only. All other branch transactions are available by appointment only by calling (818) 846-1710.

If you visited the Pacoima branch between November 17 and December 3 OR on December 17 and/or 18 OR if you visited the Burbank branch between November 30 and December 3 or between December 21-24, or if you are experiencing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus (fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, etc.) we encourage you to consult with your medical professional and follow CDC guidelines for quarantining.

In the meantime, remote banking can be used for most banking business to reduce risk. Many transactions can be completed via online banking, telephone banking, our ATM network, and/or our mobile app. Visit for a chart defining which channels are suited to serve specific transactions. 

In addition to these conveniences, you have our commitment to work towards solutions that accommodate any and all business you may wish to execute remotely. Please let us know if you prefer to transact remotely, and we will do everything within our power to accommodate.
