The frustrations and inconvenience you’ve experienced with this platform’s performance are unacceptable. I know that you rely on us for efficient banking services, and we have fallen short of your expectations. For that, I sincerely apologize.

Our team has heard your feedback regarding login difficulties, long wait times to get assistance, and other technical anomalies. These issues are unacceptable, and we are working to remedy these issues as quickly as possible.

Over the past days, we’ve worked with our vendor and conducted a thorough review of the platform and identified key areas for enhancement, including the user interface. To address these concerns, we’ve allocated significant resources to expedite Member support.
