For Existing Users For Brand New Users
If you've been using Online Banking or Mobile Banking since July 26, 2024, then this guide is for you!
If you used the previous version of Gain's Online & Mobile Banking, it's time to upgrade to Advanced Online Banking, and this is the guide for you. Start by clicking the new "Login" tab on any page of GainFCU.com. That will open the new Advanced Online Banking login. Enter your credentials, using all lowercase for your username, and click the red arrow to advance.
Now you're ready to move forward and into the future! Click "Set Up Your Account" and be ready to answer a few questions so that we can verify your identity.
Here, we'll need to verify a few details to confirm that you are really you! Use your pre-existing username (all lowercase) from our previous iteration of Online & Mobile Banking and fill out the rest of the form.

You will be prompted to create your new password and show requirements. Once your new password meets the criteria, press "Set Password" and then "Continue to Online Banking".
You will then be sent to a Services & Settings page. Here you'll be asked to enter your current email and set up your security questions and answers. This is the final step; click submit, and you're in!
If you've never used our Online Banking service, or if you have not logged in since July 26, 2024, this guide is for you.
Click "Enroll" in the Advanced Online Banking widget found in the header of every page of this website, GainFCU.com, or visit olb.gainfcu.com (pictured here) and click "Enroll."
After agreeing to our Online Banking disclosures, you'll need to choose your banking relationship. On this page, let us know if you will be joining as the sole or primary Member on an account, as a joint on someone else's account, or as a Business Member.
Next we'll get to know you! You'll need all of the details pictured in the image including your Social Security Number, Member Number (without leading zeroes), Zip Code, Home Phone, Birthdate, and email address.

You'll be shown a masked version of the email address we have associated with your account. Make sure it's correct and click "Send Security Code." If the email address is not correct, you will need to contact us to make an adjustment. All of our contact options are listed at GainFCU.com/Contact.
A special one-time security code will be sent to the email address you have on file with the credit union. Retrieve this code from your email and enter it on this screen to authenticate your identity.
Next, you have an opportunity to freshen up your email details. If you'd like to make a change from the email you used to authenticate, now's the time! You'll also be asked to create three security questions with answers.
And with that, you're in! Welcome to the future with Advanced Online Banking!
