- When entering your username for the first name, you will need to use ALL LOWERCASE
- Members registering on mobile may experience trouble entering information into certain fields. Kindly try rotating your phone to horizontal mode to enter your login data.
- Biometric login (such as Face ID) will not work for your first login. You will need to login first and then set up biometric unlocking
